Our designs come in three packages
For smaller less complex projects
Generally includes features like a patio, fire pit and landscaping.
For midsize projects
A little larger in size, with additional features like landscape lighting, a pergola or retaining walls
For larger more complex projects
Larger-scale, with enhanced features like a pool deck, an outdoor kitchen and privacy elements

The end result of our design process is a custom 3D rendering, so you’ll be able to see exactly what your yard will look like before you commit to the build. With a design, you’re really buying:

Each unique design takes into account budget, functionality, existing constraints and personal tastes. Project scope and time of year play a factor: typically we deliver a design within 3-6 weeks from the initial consultation.
Our goal is to give you a yard you love within your budget. In our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your priorities and get an idea of what you’re looking to spend. Based on that conversation, we can offer a ballpark estimate and recommend a design package. Design fees are credited toward the cost of the build.

Our design process is iterative and collaborative. If you aren’t in love with the initial design, we’ll adjust it—revisions are an expected part of our process. We want you to walk away with a great yard and no regrets.
Once you have your design in hand, the next step is to make it a reality. Our detailed estimate will spell out payment terms, and our designers will walk you through our build schedule. If you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll get started as soon as possible.
